Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a key labelling various areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
